At webspace Unlimited we have over the years always directly managed our clients DNS settings, this was to ease the changes through and ensure support questions about DNS management was kept to a minimum, after all how often are DNS changes made? At webspace Unlimited we make changes daily and are familiar with the Aname, Cname, SPFand MX records that make a website show cleanly on the web and configuring email routing through the servers.
However with the raise in SSL provision, Office 365 integration and other web enabled facilities that require DNS manipulation we now offer for those that can use it , DNS management.
To access it you need the same user name (your domain name) and password to access, and access is from Webspace Unlimited website under the Client Log In button on the menu then select DNS Log In.
Should DNS requests be changes be difficult or need intervention from Webspace Unlimited a charge will be made.
